This hotel is located in a fantastic area and has exceptionally nice staff who were always ready to answer questions.

This property was just what we had hoped for.

The hotel was in a central setting to the Galleria's Mall. Further, it was so close to great restaurants, shopping and highways, stores in walking location and Houston, TX.

This place has a fantastic location, really close to shopping malls, nightlife for partying, restaurants, and other services. 🎉.

The front staff was excellent and very sweet.

No pool, and the air conditioning didn't work well.

Hotel was so quiet. The staff was fine with advice and suggestions. The location of the venue was great and favourable - a 10-15 minute walking distance from Williams Tower. It was also next to all nice restaurants, shopping areas, cafa's and Galleria, shopping areas and downtown and the medical 'zone'.

Memorable 4-night stay with my baby. The staff here were so friendly and helpful. Enjoyed simple breakfasts, especially the fresh apple 🍎.

The room was brand-new with a private bathroom, shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff provided an awesome experience. Free parking onsite was provided. The check-in process was smooth.

- Unhelpful staff: I came from an overseas trip, asked for some water and was told the hotel didn't have bottled water. He didn't offer any other solution. I had to wait for an employee to take some boxes out with the suitcase cart, while the other cart was being used by anot her guest, parked in the corridor, before I could take my bags upstairs. - Smelly room: my room was smelly and dirty. The chair was so dirty I didn't even dare sitting on it. - Run down: facilities look dated and run down. Bathroom had a stained toilet seat, bathtub and sink. - I decided to check out earlier than booked because of these issues. The employee at the front desk stated I could not check out at that time. I could leave the hotel whenever I wanted but he could not check me out. He gave me no proof of checking out. This is an absurd! Anytime you check out from any hotel I'm used to getting a final statement of account. I've never seen this procedure before in my life. Simply ridiculous. The staff had to call the manager who initially was rude, stating that she was off duty and could do nothing to help over the phone. - Horrible experience. I'll never stay at another Extended Stay America based on this. I moved to a Marriott for the rest of my stay and that was a world of difference.

It's a simple low cost hotel with magnificent location in Galleria - Uptown district next to a CVS and restaurants, malls and stores. Thanks for the good stay.

This hotel offers great value, with reasonable prices compared to other budget options.

The staff were very helpful; check-in was easy. THe location was very close to the conference I attended so it was very convenient and the price was reasonable. It also had free wi-fi which is always a plus. The rooms were very basic with no frills but then again, I wasn't paying for frills. It suited my purpose of having an inexpensive place to stay while attending a conference that I had to pay for personally. (Non-business related)
